I really liked this picture for many reasons. By making the image black and white, the cheetah seemingly has less power and is less ferocious. The photographer, Francecsa Yorke, choose to shoot down on the cheetah, making the cheetah appear to be meek. The image also exhibits the principle of movement. The spots creates a visual path for your eye to follow. The spots start large at the top of his head and then become smaller towards the nose. This could almost be repetition and pattern. The spots are pervasive throughout the image and the spots shrink in size as your eye moves further away from the top of the his head. It is also almost emphasis because the cheetah is unmistakably the center of attention.
